1.  Draw, in the presence of the Examiner, with pencil, brush, pen or crayon an original illustration of any incident or character in a simple story.

2.  Do the following:

2a.  Draw from life or memory, in pen and ink or pencil any animal or human they have seen.

2b.  Draw from nature a landscape or a still-life group.

2c.  Keep, and use a sketchbook for a period of three months.

2d.  Illustrate a story by means of match-stick figures in a series of not less than four pictures.

2e.  Make a simple greeting card of your own design using pencil, brush, pen or crayon.

2f.  Make a model in clay.
